Mr. Steven D. Nixon

Mr. Nixon is a professional staff member of the House Defense Appropriations Subcommittee of the U.S. Congress. His areas of responsibility include Air Force acquisition programs, DoD space programs, National Reconnaissance Office programs, and joint munitions programs. Mr. Nixon has served on the committee staff since 1996. Prior to this, he was the lead aircraft budget analyst for the Office of the Navy Comptroller at the Pentagon.

Mr. Nixon holds B.S. degrees in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering (University of Kansas) and a M.A. degree in National Security Studies (Georgetown University).
