Senior Engineer, TRW CyberCop Test Team. JITC Information Assurance Test and Evaluation Subject Matter Expert (IA SME). 30 years IT experience with 20 years in security (nuclear and electronic) and Signal/ Intelligence field (DOD IG Inspector) - 10 years in DOD testing (6 years IA testing within DOD IA T&E Lab). Army Signal Corps retiree (MOS 53 ABC - Certified Network Engineer). BS Engineering Auburn University, AL, MS Computer Science Fairleigh-Dickinson University, NJ, MS Management Troy State, AL, and Program Manager/ Contracts Officer DSMC. Currently assigned JITC Omnibus contract as SME to support DOD Information Operations T&E (Information Assurance and Information Warfare T&E).

Mr. Woodall is a leading DOD researcher for testing IO, IA and IW. Test areas of concentration: Mission Decomposition Analysis, Defense in Depth, and IA Common Operational Picture (requirements analysis); security tools (protect-detect-react-recovery); vulnerability assessments and penetration; PKI and token based testing (mobile code); Enterprise level T&E program to assess IA from a Joint perspective to evaluate the aggregate impact of technologies, processes/procedures, and people acting in concert (modeling and simulation) to include Secure Interoperability; and security metrics (DOT&E IA Workshops). Mr. Woodall is also an Internet/Web and Information Age trainer.
